Statement
By purchasing from Police Badge Store you agree to the terms of this agreement, and you re-affirm the agreement every time you purchase. This agreement may change from time to time. All our badges are reproduction badges unless otherwise stated.
Product Information
Police Badge Store endeavour to provide you with the most up to date product information and to ensure that product images match the items supplied. However we do reserve the right to substitute any item offered for sale for one of similar or superior quality.
Your Order
Police Badge Store do our very best to maintain a limited stock levels. If for any reason an item is not available from stock we will contact you to let you know the new expected delivery date. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed the next available working day.
Should an item you have ordered be out of stock, we will back order it for you. You will be e-mailed to let you know and we will give you an estimated waiting time or the option of cancelling your order, but it can take up to 30 days for delivery. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.
What do I do to cancel an order?
We try to dispatch things very quickly so you need to contact us as soon as possible.
After payment has been sent and you wish to cancel your order (i.e. You changed your mind, can purchase the item cheaper elsewere) and If your order has been processed but not dispatched we will refund you less a 25% administration charge.
If your order has already been dispatched and you cancel, it is your responsibility to return the goods and you will need to pay for the return postage costs and any customs duty. You will receive a refund for the goods only and not the original shipping costs or PayPal supplement charges. We recommend that you use special delivery / registered mail as we cannot be held liable for goods that go missing in the post and if any customs duty is due on any returned items, we will either refuse delivery or accept delivery and deduct the custom charge in £ GBP from any monies outstanding to you.
Special badge orders & reservation of badges
we can order badges from our "badges that can be ordered" or badges can be reserved, but we will require a 50% deposit of the badge price, then the balance before the item is dispatched. The deposit is non returnable if you cancel the special badge order or reserved badge.

Returns Procedure.
After recieving your order and If for any reason (i.e. You changed your mind, can purchase the item cheaper elsewere) you wish to return an item you must do so within 7 working days of receipt of that item. You are responsible for any returned goods until they are received by us and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and use a recorded method of delivery. We can not be held responsible for any item which is lost in transit.
Postage, packing and insurance is non-refundable unless goods returned are faulty or received in error. If you would like us to replace the returned item with an alternative you will be charged for carriage on the replacement.
Domestic Sales: If you are sending an item back for a refund you will receive a refund for the goods only less a 25% administration and restocking fee.
International sales: If you are sending an item back for a refund you will receive a refund for the goods only less a 50% administration and restocking fee. If any customs duty is due on any returned items, we will either refuse delivery or accept delivery and deduct the custom charge in £ GBP from any monies outstanding to you.
Exemptions: We are unable to accept returns for any "Special Order(s)" unless they are faulty.
How to return an item
Please contact us through the website and let us know that you wish to return an item or by emailing returns@policebadgestore.co.uk .
You will need a code for your return item from us and we will require the following details:
Name, mailing address and telephone number.
Original order number for the item being returned, description and reason for return.
We will then give you a returns code for your return package.
We will also give you the return address details on where to send your badge. This is normally back to us or back to our suppliers.
In the case of faulty goods must be returned within 7 working days and we will replace the item free of charge or give you a full refund including postage costs following the return of the faulty items in original packaging, complete with labels.
Pricing
All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling but do not include any delivery charge. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment & Online Security
All payments must be made by either Bank transfer (IBAN and Swftbic) or PayPal. The information goes from your computer to your bank, PayPal or Google checkout secure server. SSL is the most advanced security measure available. Police Badge Store does not have access to your account details.
Delivery
Police Badge Store aim to process your order within 5 working days for in stock items (excluding weekends and public holidays), although we usually process them sooner. All items will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked, Special Delivery or by courier sevice
Delivery times can only be used as a guideline and we will not be held responsible for any losses suffered occurring from late delivery.
Overseas delivery
Police Badge Store is happy to deliver to all worldwide destinations that are serviced by Royal Mail International Sign for or Airsure
Please note that due to the variation in the specific weight criteria (actual weight and dimensional weight) used by different couriers we cannot always estimate the cost of shipping goods overseas until the order is received. You will always be contacted to verify any changes to shipping costs and for confirmation of your order.
International duties and Taxes
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Police Badge Store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods
It is your responsibility to ensure that any item ordered from this site complies with any National or local Government laws. For United States customers statute 18 USC 716 and 18 USC 702 which is SPECIFIC TO FEDERAL BADGES
